On June 9, 2003, Raye Dewolfe-Molseky filed a petition with the Commission, seeking clarification of an existing bargaining unit of employees of King County (employer) represented by International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (union). A deficiency notice issued on June 3, 2005, pointed out that individual employees lack legal standing to process unit clarifications under Chapter 391-35 WAC, and set a period for the filing of information indicating the petition was properly filed. Nothing further has been heard or received from the petitioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is:
ORDERED
The petition for clarification of an existing bargaining unit filed in the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED.
ISSUED at Olympia, Washington, this 19th day of October, 2005.
PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

KENNETH J. LATSCH, Operations Manager
This order will be the final order of the agency unless a notice of appeal is filed with the Commission under WAC 391-35-210.
