ORDER OF DISMISSAL

KING COUNTY

On June 9, 2003, Raye Dewolfe-Molseky filed a petition with the Commission, seeking clarification of an existing bargaining unit of employees of King County (employer) represented by International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (union). A deficiency notice issued on June 3, 2005, pointed out that individual employees lack legal standing to process unit clarifications under Chapter 391-35 WAC, and set a period for the filing of information indicating the petition was properly filed. The petition for clarification of an existing bargaining unit filed in the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED.

ISSUED at Olympia, Washington, this 19th day of October, 2005.
