BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION AND CLOSING CASE

The above-named employee filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, seeking decertifica­tion of Washington State Council of County and City Employees as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees of Garfield County. During the processing of the petition, Washington State Council of County and City Employees filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representa­tion rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition, so that no question concerning representation remains to be determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 11700-E-95-1922 is withdrawn.

2.                  The proceedings in the above-captioned matter are CLOSED.
